This update will impact Service Coordinators.
DocuSign in FC STANDS will be used by Service Coordinators to obtain parent signatures on forms and paperwork for all meetings, both in person and remote.

FC Stands: Fixes/Enhancements

FC STANDS UPDATE 03/15/2023
EI Providers,
As you are aware, when the information was converted over for FC STANDS, it was stored in the last active IFSP meeting prior to conversion. With the application of the McWilliams Formula as part of FC STANDS, goals and objectives, services and COS rating that converted over may have not crossed referenced correctly due to mismatch in fields between the two systems (CDS and FC STANDS) which impacts the ability to clone them for any newly scheduled meetings. To address this issue, DDS staff within First Connections will implement the following process that once completed will allow the cloning of goals and objectives for any new meetings that are scheduled.
For all ACTIVE IFSP, staff will:

Update the Goals, Services and COS rating and clone all new information in the last IFSP

Close all Inactive cases
DDS anticipates the completion of this process by April 14, 2023. A status update will be provided if the program is unable to meet the established timeframe.
